To celebrate Monroe's Sesquicentennial, we've put together five terrific fall programs to enlighten us about our past and to remind us of our shared history. The Sesquicentennial Evenings will explore the questions: What does it mean to live in Monroe? ... How is Monroe similar to other communities? ... and, How is it different? Any community that has a century and a half under its belt has something to tell us, something to teach us! Hear from knowledgeable long-time residents and enhance your understanding and appreciation of this great small town! |

The Sesquicentennial Forum is an opportunity to hear from and exchange ideas with figures of national prominence and experience. Representing government, business, and education, this forum will glance back to the past, but focus on the future. |
