John Baumann has served as President of The Swiss Colony since May of 1996. He first joined the company in August of 1985 as Manager of New Customer Development. In addition to his roles as President of The Swiss Colony, Baumann serves as President of the organization's data center, SCDC, and Tender Filet.

Dr. Richard Telfer is the 15th Chancellor of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Dr. Telfer, the chief executive officer of the university, guided UW-Whitewater's efforts to implement the campus-wide Strategic Plan. He has a faculty appointment as Professor of Curriculum and Instruction and has been on campus for more than 20 years.

Tommy G. Thompson, the former Health and Human Services Secretary (2001 to 2005) and four-term Governor of Wisconsin (1987 to 2001), is a partner at the law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld and Chairman and the senior advisor to the Deloitte Center for Health Solutions. Secretary Thompson is one of the nation's leading advocates for the health and welfare of all Americans.
