Highlights of Monroe is the second in our series of three special evenings celebrating Monroe's Sesquicentennial. Monroe historian, Tom Howe, will delve into what it means to live in Monroe, as well as how Monroe is similar yet different from other communities. Retired Monroe High School Social Science Teacher and Historian, Al Stauffacher, will provide the introduction for this event.
