This exhibit has been created with the intention of sharing the message of the Swazi people, a country ravaged with the greatest HIV/AIDS crisis in the world.
In this moving exhibit, artist Jennifer Rikkers displays work inspired by her participation in the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation AIDS Walk Africa.
Each image is created from her original photography in a mixed-media acrylic painting format and features the Swazi people who touched her soul in her travels. Because in Swaziland 33% of the population is infected with the HIV/AIDS virus, 33% of the artwork sold will be directly donated to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation to support their amazing work fighting pediatric AIDS.
