What do a turkey vulture, a crooked teapot, and a great white shark have in common? They are all subjects of artwork created by prominent art teachers from throughout the Green County region.
This vibrant, energy-laden show is sure to inspire the young and the young at heart. Though very diverse in their styles and techniques, the work of these women shares a common thread of whimsy in the subject matter, color, and lines created. Working in medias of clay, acrylic painting, drawing, printmaking and sculpture these artists will show how their work has been inspired by the students they teach.
Through pre-school, 4-H, elementary and high school education, these women have been involved with teaching art at all levels.
