Donations play an important role in funding the Monroe Arts Center's operations and are critical to our future financial stability. The Monroe Arts Center will happily accept your donation in any of these four categories – or a fifth, if we've missed one!

In-Kind Donations |
|
|
These are donations of professional services rather than direct financial contributions. If you have a skill or your company provides a service that could benefit the Monroe Arts Center, we'd be happy to talk with you about your making an "in-kind," donation.
In-kind donations of sufficient size can be designated to support Entertainment Series performances, qualifying donors as Underwriters. As Underwriters, they will receive well-publicized acknowledgement for their generosity.

General Fund Donations |
|
|
Contributions to our General Fund go to operational and program expenses or to purchase capital equipment. If you would like to give to our General Fund, please contact us. We will be happy to designate your donation for a specific need.
Or, if you are interested in helping us financially in a specific area, we will be happy to talk with you about what our needs in that area are.

Building Maintenance Fund Donations |
|
|
Contributions to our Building Maintenance Fund go directly to defray the costs of maintaining and preserving our landmark building and residence.
If your interest in the arts leans toward architecture, donating to this fund is a wonderful and meaningful way to support the integrity of one of the most well-preserved historic landmarks in Southern Wisconsin.

Monroe Arts Center Foundation, Inc. Donations |
|
|
The Monroe Arts Center Foundation, Inc. (MAC Foundation) was established in 1991 as a charitable entity whose purpose is to solicit and obtain long-term endowment support for the Monroe Arts Center, as well as to fund scholarships in the arts for Green County residents.
All funds raised by the MAC Foundation are invested, and only the annual earnings are made available to the Monroe Arts Center for operational and capital expenditures and for funding scholarships. As the Foundation monies grow, a reliable and continuous source of funding is created for the Monroe Arts Center to continue its mission in the arts.
You may choose to make a gift to the MAC Foundation through cash, bequests, securities, a pooled income fund, or through a unitrust or life insurance policy. For more detailed information about the MAC Foundation, contact the Monroe Arts Center staff or your personal estate planner.
