Prospective new members are recommended to the Board by our Nominating Committee in the spring of each year.  Terms begin the following September, at the start of MAC's fiscal year.

To ensure continuity on our Board of Directors, terms are for three years and are staggered so that a majority of the existing Board always remains from one year to the next.
