wo of the biggest forces committed to expanding cultural opportunities in Green County are working together this season! MAC and the Monroe Theatre Guild are partnering for the benefit of both organizations and their members.
Members of both groups will now receive discounts for the other group's shows! And for the added convenience of our members, discounted ticket packages are now available in our brochures and on our website for both MAC and MTG productions.
We are also listing MTG's productions in our website's "Entertainment Season" section and on our "Calendar of Events" page. And MTG productions will appear along with MAC events in the left-hand column of our home page.
Keeping up to date with both MAC's and MTG's schedules will be as simple as coming right here – to our home page!
Focusing now on MAC itself, we are happy to be presenting an exceptional "Sunday Concert Series" for the third year in a row!
And as part of Monroe's sesquicentennial celebration, we've added a "Distinguished Speakers Series" to this fall's schedule with an exciting slate of engaging experts in areas related to Wisconsin government, state history and our city's namesake, James Monroe.
Another inspiring 10-exhibit season is also set for the Frehner Gallery. Our final exhibit, running from mid-June to mid-August, is especially meaningful to MAC. It focuses on the architecture of E. Townsend Mix, the man who designed the church we call home.
Join us again this season! Share with us the experience of the arts and the sense of community that has made the Monroe Arts Center a model for small towns everywhere.
